Responsibilities Plan, create and deliver training in person for our teams and supporting content for our learning management system. Collaborate with the training and development team to ensure success of any training completed and update where necessary. Identify, train, manage and develop client facing technical leads. Work with our team towards Microsoft certifications and develop additional content creation for our engineers. Support talent acquisition and operational leaders to select and interview new team members. Qualifications In this function: At least 4 years of practice in technical support, software support, Information technology operations, and/or infrastructure services are required. Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required. Higher-level education in a technology discipline, or equivalent practice in technical solutions implementation or a technology consulting function is required. Proficiency with Microsoft products, technologies, operating systems, and the Microsoft Office suite is required. Advanced proficiency with customer hardware, software, operating systems, programming languages, and cloud-located technologies. Customer obsession, initiative, and the drive to exceed expectations are required. Creativity, adaptcapability, and strong problem-solving expertise are required. Apply Skills:
