The workload is expected to be on average with 8 night shifts and 2 weekend day shifts per month. The night shifts are from 1:30 until 9 am and the weekend shifts will be from 9 to 6 pm. This sums up to an average of 10 full working days/month. Please have in mind that the gross income for this position starts from 1100 BGN. RESPONSIBILITIES Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, management, and other stakeholders Monitor, restart and troubleshoot tasks in Data Warehouse (DWH) systems Operate and create escalation tickets for 2nd level DWH support within different ticketing platforms – JIRA, ServiceNOW Closely follow B EYE’s best practices for software development Prepare and update existing DWH technical design documents using enterprise standard documentation tools ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Business Proficiency in English Students or recent graduates with a degree in Mathematics, Sciences, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business/Technology, Finance, Accounting, Management or equivalent Strong attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication expertise Aptitude for knowledge and problem solving REQUIREMENTS CONSIDERED AN ADVANTAGE knowledge of the intersection of business and technology Knowledge and interest in data warehouse processes Strong analytical expertise Professional appearance and business behavior Team player mindset If you consider yourself appropriate for the position, please submit your application in English аs soon as possible.
