Our growing Managed Services Centre in Sofia, Bulgaria supports the business’ core functions while providing high-quality outsourcing and dedicated development services to clients. We are now looking to recruit a 2nd Line Information technology Support to join our client and help them by offering high quality Information technology services. Our customer is a UK located company specialising in end-user support and offering high quality Information technology services, including first, second- and third-line incident support, service requests, Information technology consultation and installation services. The function will cover Information technology incident and service request via telephone and remotely. Job responsibilities: • To provide technical support and guidance to our customers. • Answering calls 1st line and triaging calls / Dealing with 2nd line issues • To assist the management team with Information technology projects as and when required. • To identify business opportunities as and when required (sales, products and suppliers). • To document procedure and working practices significant to the job. • To document technical solutions for expertise base. Requirements: • practice in working with other service providers and excellent customer facing expertise. • Excellent level of English both written and spoken. • Minimum of 2 years+ practice in a technical function or similar position. • Educated to a good level in computer related fields, such as: o Microsoft MCP o CompTIA A+ • Positive attitude and excellent verbal communication expertise, with both internal and external customers. • To have the capability to take control of the customer issues to ensure that the right resolution is agreed and actioned. • To be versatile, adaptable and approachable to meet business objectives. • Demonstrable autonomy and the authority to make and implement own decisions. • To be able to prioritise issues and objectives located upon commercial and technical reasoning. • To have a high degree of attention to detail and be focused on results. • To have excellent time management expertise and be discrete with confidential information.
