The function is responsible for monitoring and coordinating the execution of the various programs in Traditional Trade and Local Key Accounts by sales representatives. The function holder coach and monitor the sales representative’s performance and demonstrates strong leadership abilities and people expertise. Тhe function holder is self-motivated, proactive and delivers results on time. Тhe function holder prepares various reports related to the performance in the respective channels. The function holder reports directly to the National Traditional Trade manager and dotted to Organized Trade Sales Manager. Job responsibilities: •Responsible for in store execution by National Distributor Sales personnel in Traditional Trade & Local Key Accounts; •Train distributor's Traditional Trade sales people to comply with PepsiCo execution principles; •Monitor & coordinate the execution in Traditional trade channel & LKA promo sales activities; •Monitor competitors activations in all Trade, propose additional trade activations to achieve volume; •Prepare reports on different frequency; •Provide ideas for sales support and disruptive market execution innovation; •everyday communication with National Distributor => Area Managers/managers; SRs; •Frequent travel of everyday monitoring in all 5 regions within the course of the month; •everyday monitor of Traditional Trade, Local Key accounts and Organized Trade stores; •everyday monitor planograms implementation and compliance to Trade Marketing policies; •everyday monitor and coach the distributor sales representatives for placement of racks and Trade Marketing materials; •Strong communication expertise and qualifications ; •Strong collaboration and teamwork; •Result oriented; •Prepare various forms and reports for sales; Appropriate qualifications: •Minimum 3 years practice in Sales; •Native Bulgarian speaker; •Advanced English is considered an advantage; •Driving license; •Computer competencies ( Microsoft Office package); •University degree (is considered as an advantage); Please note that the position requires frequent on the market work in Sofia and across Bulgaria.
