Job Opportunity: Recruiter:Job description:RecruiterAs an Over the Road (OTR) Driver Recruiter, your key responsibility is to introduce and sell driving opportunities to prospective drivers. He/she will interview prospects, make hiring decisions located on your interview and make conditional job offers to qualified candidates. He/she will sell the company’s culture and benefits, be accountable for fielding incoming calls, making outbound calls, conducting phone interviews, and selecting candidates for joining our team of professional drivers. Responsibilities and essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: •Respond to and act on various leads and sell driving opportunities •Conduct telephone interviews of qualified candidates •Evaluate and follow up with candidates who meet hiring criteria •Inform candidates of the additional requirements for information and paperwork needed to continue the recruiting process •Follow up via phone or written contact with all qualified candidates for current and future driving opportunities •Maintain superior customer service with candidates, Internal Departments and Driver Recruiting associates •Enter and maintain up-to-date information into Tenstreet •Work with Safety and Operations to schedule and on-board new drivers Requirements: •University Degree & keen interest in recruitment, headhunting and modern technologies •At least one year of professional background, preferably in sales, HR, client-oriented or customer service functions •Being open to new practice, ambitious and persistent in working environment •Very good communication, negotiation and presentation expertise •Self-motivated and result oriented personality •Excellent English expertise •expertise and proficiency with Tenstreet preferred. •Exceptional customer service expertise •Interviewing expertise to include the capability to listen and analyze answers, and ask appropriate questions Working hours: 06am - 03pm US Central Time Why joining our Recruiting team? • Be a part of a dynamic team of young people in a friendly work environment • Challenging and dynamic job that offers self-improvement • Initial training & mentorship program • Excellent remuneration • Bonus scheme for each of your results • Multisport card Skills:
