We work for clients but we also have our main products such as the platform Amilova and Dragonball Multiverse, which are online communities devoted to comics, manga, indie artists and video games. YOUR MISSION
The Administrative adjunct is essentially providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.

YOUR Job responsibilities:
* Administrate documents, contracts (sign scan and archive) and prepare different reports
* Schedule meetings and appointments.
* Order and take stock of office supplies.
* Collaborate with HR and accounting (CV screening, labor contracts, paid leave/sick leave administration)
* Cooperate with coworkers on different levels within the company
* Updating internal tools

YOUR expertise:
* Exceptionally organized with a fanatic attention to detail – nothing slips past you!
* Effectively balance time between immediate needs and long term goals
* Good command of office softwares tools
* Fluent in English. Basic expertise of french is a plus
* Perfectionism & sense of responsibilities
* Forward, problem solving spirit, proactive and able to work independently
* Excellent communication, interpersonal expertise and work ethics
* A creative mind with a sense of humor is always appreciated ;).
