Essential Functions: 1. Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment. 2. Sort and distribute incoming mail. 3. Prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms. 4. Booking of different type of invoices and expense reports in an ERP system. 5. Payment run preparation. 6. Responding to all vendor inquiries. 7. Reconcile vendor statements and correct discrepancies. 8. Assist in month end closing. 9. Other general accounting tasks and projects as assigned. 10.Team Handling practice is must. Primary External Interactions Client Finance Team Technical expertise Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office application, especially Excel Process Specific expertise Time management, organizational expertise Soft expertise (Desired) - Good communication and interpersonal expertise with a customer service focus; -capability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance creativity; -problem solver, results oriented; Soft expertise (Minimum) - Good communication expertise; - Fluency in German and English. Education Requirements: Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economy or any related field is an advantage. Work practice Requirements: practice in Economy, Accounting or Finance is an advantage.
