STORE MANAGER


Appropriate qualifications:

• University or College Certificate.
• A minimum of 4 years’ practice as a Store Manager in the Apparel industry is essential.
• Excellent expertise of English language (verbal & writing).
• Excellent Microsoft Office user and PC literate.
• Excellent expertise of cash register systems.
• capability to understand and analyze Key Performance Indicators.
• expertise of financial management of a retail store.
• Customer Service Oriented.
• Strong communication expertise.
• Team management expertise.
• capability to motivate teams and drive for success.
• Taking initiative and working efficiently.
• Passion for delivering results and exceeding expectations.
• Responsible and trustworthy.

Job responsibilities:

• Ensuring that qualitative and quantitative targets of the stores are reached.
• Serving customers in a highly professional manner while creating a trust relationship.
• Being a customer oriented function model and leader for the whole team.
• Motivate, lead and increase performance of the team.
• Controlling costs and following audit requirements.
