The person must be organized and able to keep track of people who are out working, keep track of information, and communicate information as needed as part of their tasks. POSITION REQUIREMENTS - Fluent English - both verbal and written - Good computer expertise - Good communication expertise - capability to commit to a long-term working contract - capability to cope in a dynamic environment - No previous practice needed - DUE TO COVID YOU HAVE TO BE ABLE TO WORK in the house MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Receive and prioritizes all incoming telephone calls - Monitor and follows-up everyday route assignments for the drivers to ensure customers are serviced properly. - Troubleshoots and resolves potential delivery and pick-up problems before they result in service issues.
