MBL’s services include transaction and project management, investment management, property management, strategic consultancy and valuation.

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Administrative adjunct seeking a fast paced, multi-tasking environment. Need a responsible individual to become part of Commercial Real Estate business. Qualified candidates will be punctual, independent, hard-working and detail oriented.

Key tasks will include:

• Multi tasking is a key component to this position;
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed;
• Performing reception desk tasks; welcoming visitors and managing incoming calls;
• Maintaining and ordering supplies;
• Basic bookkeeping; preparing expense reports;
• Assisting in scheduling & arranging meetings.

The Ideal Candidate would have:

• Highest standard in written and verbal English communication and interpersonal expertise;
• High level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
